Torrey, who in addition to being “Vampire Diaries” hot doc Meredith Fell (who was involved with Alaric), does double-duty at Melissa Hastings on “Pretty Little Liars” but took time to chat with Tonic in advance of the couple co-hosting The Humane Society’s H Couture Fashion Show Event September 22nd in Los Angeles.
Torrey’s support of the event is a natural fit for the model turned actress who said she’s never wore fur and told Tonic, “Even from a young age, anytime I would come in contact with a fur coat or a real fur blanket it would always make my skin crawl,” adding, “And now we live in a day and age where there are so many faux furs that are just as soft and just as warm that it literally doesn’t even make sense to need or want the real thing anymore. I have such loathing for individuals who use animal fur for vanity.”
