9 am to 11:30 am Vendors Room Set-Up/Vendors Only
11:30 am to 6pm Vendors Room Open
11:30 am to Noon Pre-Registration for Gold Weekend Patrons, not a necessity just a convenience
Noon to 12:20 pm Pre-Registration for Any Weekend Patrons, not a necessity, just a convenience
12:20 pm to 6:00 pm Registration Open for all patrons
12:45 pm to 6:30 pm Theatre Open for events including celebrity appearances, fan panels, the costume competition with a $250 first prize, The Yes/No Trivia Game. GUESTS TO BE ANNOUNCED. Hosted by Hannah and Hilly Hindi, creators of The Hillywood Show. . Note: celebrity autographing will go beyond 6:30 pm.
9:30 pm (time tentative) The Vampire Diaries Decade Dance and Cocktail Party & Themed Centerpiece Competition, complimentary for our Gold Weekend Patrons. A few extra tickets are available (see below). Cameras permitted ONLY when guests first arrive, then kindly put them away so guests can also enjoy their stay!
